Our Story

Collaborative21 began in 2023 when Marine veteran Thomas Andrew Stevens Jr. turned his own journey of recovery into a way to help others do the same. Real estate gave him purpose, stability, and a new direction, inspiring our first program helping veterans earn their real estate license.

As we worked alongside more veterans, it became clear the challenges they faced went far beyond one career path. Housing stability, mental health support, and career opportunities were all connected, and each played a role in building a better future. We saw the need for a space that brought all of these together, combining education, resources, and a community of support under one roof.

That vision became the Veterans Hub, an ecosystem designed to meet veterans where they are and give them the tools to move forward. From housing assistance and mental health resources to career training in fields like real estate and AI, financial literacy, and mentorship, the Hub connects programs that open doors, build confidence, and create lasting opportunities.

Today, Collaborative21 is the result of that journey. What started with one program has grown into a place where veterans can learn, connect, and create their next chapter.
